We came for my birthday since I love fondue so much. The staff was very nice, our server was very friendly and had good recommendations. The food was very good, well paced and well proportioned. I only started feeling full towards the end of the chocolate fondue.They also gave me a free shot for my birthday which is always so nice and pleasant when places do that. It's fun to feel special for a moment.My only comment would be that if we had the exact same amount of meat but cut up in slightly smaller pieces it would have felt like we had more. We did end up cutting up some pieces ourselves.All and all it was a great experience and I hope to come again next year!Also they gave no issue about my service dog. They were in fact happy to see us and ready to accommodate.

Excellent experience! Our waiter, Piyush,was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was great. Food was delicious! The atmosphere was perfect for a date night, nice and intimate setting. Definitely recommend!

The moment we stepped into the restaurant, we encountered poor service. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we waited at the entrance for at least 10 minutes without any assistance while staff members in the back observed us but failed to approach. Eventually, when we were seated, they placed us right next to the ONLY other occupied table in the restaurant. While I understand the need for close seating when the place is full, it would have been appreciated to have some spacing in an empty restaurant.My girlfriend has a gluten allergy, and we made it abundantly clear to our server that our selected options must be gluten-free. However, I had to repeatedly remind him as he consistently brought dishes containing gluten. I empathize with the server, recognizing that he seemed inexperienced, but given the high price point, we expected excellent service. I have encountered better service at fast food establishments.

I was incredibly impressed by our meal at Bleu Flames. We had gone to the melting pot in the past and wanted to see how Bleu Flames would differ. I was very impressed with the presentation of everything. Everything tasted delicious as well. My only complaints were the lobster tail is small for $25 and the portions were good and could stay the same but some of the pieces of meat could be cut smaller so they cook faster. Overall really great experience. My husband also had a service dog and we brought our three year old and everyone was really nice and accommodating about it. The interior design is also lovely.

We had an amazing date night for our first time at Bleu Flames! Our server Akshay and all the staff were superb and made us feel like we were really having a high end experience!You can truly tell the quality of the meats selected for this restaurant, and the amount of in house made items right down the sauces for the main course made the night!Paired with amazing drink service and roses on the table for Valentine's Day I highly recommend checking out Bleu Flames!!!

This place was way better than Melting Pot! Atmosphere, food, and service. Delayna was such a great server so if you can get in her section, you will be very happy! So personable and genuine. All of the staff were kind and seemed really happy.My only critiques are that they need better sauce options and they need to add banana with the chocolate.It would be nice if they had 6 sauce; at least one option for each slot on your plate. We would have also liked some other flavours. Only one sauce really went with all the meat options. And the banana is not really an option; It needs banana

This was our first time at Bleu Flame and it was the best experience we have had!! Akshay did an amazing job serving us tonight, he was very polite and informative about everything and made our experience even better. The food was delicious and the drinks were perfect. Bleu Flame has a beautiful atmosphere, we will definitely be back for another special occasion.

Bleu Flames was amazing! I suprised my fiancé with dinner here and opted for the rose petals and candel light option. For a modest fee they spread a generous amount of beautiful fresh rose petals on the table, which was just the touch of romance needed to mark the occasion. Our server Akshay was very informative about all aspects of both the food and drink menus. We went with the ultimate experience, combo B. And let me tell you that was the right choice. The cheese fondue was awesome, the watermelon salad was delicious, the main was soooo good from the cuts of meat, the fresh, brewed in house, broth and the house made sauces. To cap the evening off the chocolate fondue dessert could not have been more perfect, we absolutely loved it. On top of all that Akshay hit another home run with his recommendation on the earl grey old fashioned, ooh what a delicious drink, I highly recommend you try it. We will absolutely be eating here again.

It was overall a good experience but the price is pretty high. We had the 4 course so expected it to be pricey, just not that much. All the food was great , except they use imitation scallops which does not taste or look good. Service was great as well. Only had one drink and got a different watermelon Salad which was cost adder. Bill was over 200 dollars. So yeah not a place you can go regularly.
