The Melting Pot
Great experience. My wife and I had our Valentines date here. Pricy but worth it for the awesome service, private couples booth and yummy multi-course meal. We have been to a Melting Pot in another city and had high expectations coming here. Our expectations were met and I'm confident that they will be the next time we come back too. Consistently one of our favorite places for special occasions.

Had dinner reservations after my sisters graduation, a mix of people who have been there before and who haven’t. we had wonderful service from chloe. Welcoming and helpful, patient, delivered information well. Fast and friendly service

My fiancé and I did a trip to Buffalo NY and we decided to stop by the famous Melting Pot restaurant based on recommendations from our colleagues .We spent a full day going to the Bills game and shopping and then finished our day at this restaurant .I don't know where to start... the food was phenomenal. We were celebrating our recent engagement and the staff made us feel very welcome and loved . They went above and beyond to decorate plates for us.The food was amazing , we went through everything they brought out and it all hit the spot . Melted cheese and melted chocolate can't go wrong !I highly recommend this location and I look forward to coming back during my next visit !

Excellent place the food was delicious and the tables are spaced apart so you don't feel like you are having a meal with the next table, very friendly staff.

We came here for a day out yesterday (January 15th, 2023) and it was our first time being there. Upon arrival (through bar entrance) we were told the hostess would be out momentarily to seat us by the bartender who was chatting with the hostess. We walked through the restaurant to the main entrance and noticed no one was in the restaurant. The Hostess came out and asked if we had reservations we said no and she gave us a blank stare and told us to wait. While she looked at her computer for a couple minutes people entered through the main entrance and she proceeded to seat them and was gone for a bit. While waiting my husband and I discussed already leaving because we felt like an inconvenience. As getting up to walk out the hostess said she could seat us. We did tell her we never have been there before so it was a new experience. When seated we were brought water where I noticed there was dried food on the outside of my glass I proceeded to wipe away. The waitress was kind and explained the whole process to us. I was off put by a comment made by her when placing the order that she wanted to make sure it wasn't too expensive for us because it can be pricey. When our cheese fondue was brought out it tasted great we did notice the carrots and celery were squishy and slimy and did not touch them. Proceeding to the meal we were given the cook times and made sure everything was cooked a little bit longer than listed because all meats were touching (shrimp, steak, chicken). My husband did question the freshness of the shrimp. Out came the chocolate fondue and noticed a plate was already dirty and just placed it to the side. Overall the chocolate fondue was the best part of the experience. We left there and had an hour drive home. In the car one by one each of my family members seemed to fall ill. It took multiple stops to get home because no one felt okay. Over 24 hours later we are still dealing with intestinal issues and all still feeling ill. We had high hopes and unfortunately we will not return.

What a unique experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our birthday date. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!

People at the front desk are rude. Everyone else like the waitresses are super nice. Food is amazing! Great variety of options. The $108 dinner for two is a great option when there are two people in your party. I come here only on valentines day, so i Dont mind the high price here. I had them out petals on our table for $5. Exspencive, but its once a year so what the heck.

I have been to Melting Pot dozens of times and recommended it to so many, but I was disappointed the last visit there on my boyfriends’ birthday. It was toward the end of the night, and I was looking forward to some of the workers to sing Happy Birthday to him, yet when I asked our waitress, she said they all said “no” and that she herself didn’t sing very well. It felt very rushed even though it was a special day. I understand there were many other birthdays being celebrated that night, but when it came to our table, we didn’t get that same treatment. Food was excellent as always though!!! That’s why it’s still 5 stars.
